This policy covers the getalienartifacts.com website and our WordPress plugins, Alien Mail Relay for Gmail and Add Repair/Service to Cart, all provided by Alien Artifacts LLC ("we", "us").

Alien Mail Relay for Gmail

The plugin runs entirely on your own WordPress site. Alien Artifacts does not operate any server that your email, settings, or customer data pass through, and the plugin sends nothing to us.

• Google App Password. If you connect with an App Password, it is stored in your WordPress database, encrypted with AES-256 using a key derived from your site's security salts. It is used only to sign in to Google's mail server (smtp.gmail.com).
• Email content. Emails your site sends (for example WooCommerce order emails, which may contain customer names, addresses and order details) are delivered from your site directly to Google, either over SMTP or through a Google Apps Script that runs in your own Google account. Google's handling of that email is governed by your agreement with Google.
• Email log. If enabled, the plugin keeps a log of the last 200 emails (time, recipient address, subject, status) in your WordPress database. You can clear it at any time, and it is removed when the plugin is uninstalled.
• No tracking. The plugin contains no analytics, telemetry, advertising, or "phone home" calls.

Add Repair/Service to Cart

The plugin runs entirely on your own WordPress site and sends nothing to Alien Artifacts or any third party.

• Payment requests. Each request you create (description, amount, customer name and email, optional private note, expiry date and the related order number) is stored in your WordPress database. Requests are deleted when the plugin is uninstalled; your WooCommerce orders are kept.
• Payments. Customers pay through your own WooCommerce checkout and payment gateways. The plugin never sees or stores card details.
• Emails. Payment link emails are sent by your site through WooCommerce's normal email system.
• No tracking. The plugin contains no analytics, telemetry, advertising, or "phone home" calls.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to complete the sale, deliver your download and meet tax obligations. We receive your name, email address and order details from Lemon Squeezy so we can provide support. We do not receive or store your full card details. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

This website

getalienartifacts.com does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.

Support emails

If you email us for support, we use your message and email address only to help you, and keep them for as long as needed to do so.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Requests about payment records may also need to go to Lemon Squeezy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
